Something is wrong with my update server

it was working before.. i dont know what happened

i restarted my update servers computer and now it wont connect, i have apache server running and i try to connect using firefox and it says time out

ive tried restarting it and everything, and im sure the IP didnt change i checked with whatismyip.com... pls help ty

try stopping apache then starting it again

ye im using xampp and it was working before, i closed it and restarted it and restarted my computer n internet and still wont work.. i checkd my ip it didnt change!

go to service manager from control panel --->administrative tools---> service manager

scroll down the list to check if IIS admin or HTTP SSL is running if it is deactivate/disable it by right clicking on it.

Also check if your port 80/443 which are for apache is occupied by other programs. To check if ports are open or not open xampp control panel and click on port check button.

there is no IIS admin or SSL and i checked it says all of the things are "FREE"..

o and if i click admin when it says 'running' it dosnt load the page

i re-installed eveyrthing and it finally worked i still dk what was causin it.. tyvm for ur help

simple: it got a new local ip address, and the ports weren't forwarded to that lan-ip ;)
