Restricted Item Pickup possible?

I've seen many things that aren't normally possible such as being able to access and change your equipment and inventory, changing warp wings into friend summoning caps, and being able to chop wood and shear sheep from a distance. But here's the ultimate brain twister:

Can a person change the game in such a way as to enter a Player's Home and pick up items? Or even pick up someone's armor when they leave it out in the open to try and entice others to attempt and fail at picking it up?

No, only GM's can do that. It is a very specific GM skill.

LOL taking things from their home is stealing, which is fairly rude. Taking things from off the ground is also stealing, because you have no clue if the owner is going to take it, just to save some inventory space.
