Hello I was scammed by a guy he put the item up in the thing and i put the money but he kept both how come? Is there a way to do that? Can someoen tel me ty :)

Interesting. I doubt that it is possible, but I don't want to say for sure because you never know. It seems like that would be server checked very strictly.
