wtf sm + speehack

yes i know someone on my server who is using speedhack + xp skill at the same time,
tier 2 hack?
i m just curious, and i m not asking for it just want to know if it exists

i dont use those hacks ver yoften just tried out one speedhack ... and that wasnt working with xp so i tot so is all
