Help with pk zones

I was wondering how to change the maps from non-pk zones to pk zones. I know its simple but I tried and I couldn't. Here's what I did.

server/data/share/maplist.csv

Then I opened it with Microsoft Excel. Went to "loa" (line 8(down)) and then over to "IsNotIncreaseChao" (line BE(right)). Changed that from 0 to 1. If im right I even tested it and I could not Pk there.

If anyone knows how to help me please leave the way I can change it here.

Oh yeah I figured that out already now I just want to know how to make it so when someone kills in a pk zone. when they get 500 ip, they get sent to another map instead.

ex: Pk zone is Loa (Just for fun) then after someone kills to 500 ip and they die, I want them sent to parca so they cant get their ip down from paying.

that cannot be change cos it's in the exe commands.
