Need Help. Swsro Account

So, i have a swsro account, but i forgot my password.

Can i recover it? I have all the informations, email, QQ, etc.
Can i send an email to some GM or Owner? If yes, at what email?

4.REPEAT NEW PW
5.EMAIL
6.QQ
7.Click in the window, then 2 chinese letters should appear, press strg+a and then strg+c
now click on the the 7th line and just paste it:)
otherwise if it doenst work, contact gm via msn for example

Can someone tell me GM's MSN? Or mail?
