TC upping mets, fail still sox chance?

yep topic says everything, i read in official co forum that its possible,
any1 can confirm?

never saw someone to get a sock while not upgrading the item

didn't see it either , but yeah forum tells you its possible

.... My m8 Socked a item when it Failed to upgrade ...

it tock her about 25 mins to find out it was socked lol

beacause she only checks when it gets upgraded lol
