SEA emulator, trouble creating a sever

Right I've searched all over this forum and others and just can't find out how to get this sever running (All I really want to do is just play by myself.. Also, I have hamachi)

So i have the loader, the cracked emu, and the cracked client..
Win7 32bit btw

My problem is:
I have no clue whatsoever what IP to put in the sever IP.
And I have no clue what I should put the IP and port on the loader to..

Spent hours last night trying so many different combinations
Sometimes my game just doesn't loads with a error in wierd symbols and nothing happens when i click it..
Sometimes the game would load and just say 'Disconnected from sever'
Other times the game would load but crash staright away with that message saying my pc specs and there are 2 buttons on it..

Network connection details to help:

IPv4 Address - 192.168.1.66
IPv4 Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
IPv4 Default Gateway - 192.168.1.254
IPv4 DHCP Server - 192.168.1.254
IPv4 DNS Server - 192.168.1.254

When i search 'My port' in google and click first page it says:
Current IP Address - 86.147.180.64
Remote Port - 51302

When i make a Hamachi network the IP at the top by the power button is - 5.159.7.140

Same here not the ip but the problem ;-) can somebody help pls .. alsways discconected from the server

if you dont want multiplayer,use 127.0.0.1 port 15779.
In cfg.ini ,add only 127.0.0.1.
youre done

What about this C9 Error i get it if i try to enter server i entered data to login all seems fine but then i get error c9 to connect to server.
