Top 50 list

Hey i was wondering if anyone had a written a PHP script for a top50 pvp list... I want to write something like the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] one but I dont want to reinvent the wheel...

If anyone can help let me know or I will post my finished version when I can figure it out.
