"this ip has been blocked" ???

hello all. i receive that message "this ip has been blocked" when i tried to log in on siz.

i jst dont undertand.. i was playing one acc... then i log out and when i tryed to log in other acc says that "this ip has been blocked" can someone help how to fix that? thanks

Wow, gamehi gets more bugs then acclaim. Then again, acclaim never actualy did anything.
