I got an problem with my P-Server

Hey :),
I want to make an P-Server for me and my friends hehe^^,
So, now my problem:
I start the Dbmon.. and if i start session server it will crash after few minutes!
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen <connect<>>.]SQL Server doesnt exist....


and

I changed the config:

DATABASE_ADDRESS = 5.161.68.131,1433
DATABASE_DATABASE = CHARACTER
DATABASE_ACCOUNT = ***
DATABASE_PASSWORD = ***
SESSION_SERVER_ID = 1100

LOG_PATH = ..\LogFiles\
BILLING = 0
NO_CHARGE_CODE = NODATA

Im stupid -.- i didnt installed sp4 on sql2000
