60-80 - $10.00 if dropping items - $15.00 if banking (why? banking is slower and takes more of my time).
80-90 - $15.00 USD
90+ - $4.50 per level

Patience from you, leveling skills like combat can be very difficult at higher levels, if you are not reasonably patient with me I will warn you twice afterwards I will terminate leveling.
