is that bug?

why i add [ADM] in front of my character, but i cant login again?(i change in GAMEDB -> Tables -> dbo.cabal_character_table)
it said that someone using my account, click ok to login, but never login! why?

new scene! this morning i register a new account, i can ply the new account after register, but now i cant login again! the problem is same as my 2 account before. this is 3rd account! who can tell me why? no one know my server but why 3 of my account were login by others and cannot disconnect them???
