check database if connect or not. All config at acc server & game server must same.

Also don't edit shell.dat with notepad. Use a hex editor or one of the shell.dat makers/editors in this section.

Did anyone you helped you yet? if not post your logs here..there in your AccountServer folder and GameServer folder
