Don't vote to ban someone when you have no fucking idea what you're talking about.

Yeah, possibly. I had a quick look through the exe, and I can see that it does have functions that could potentially get your password/username from the login boxed.
But It'll be difficult to do anything with them, considering the application doesn't connect to the internet.

Looks clean to me, but I can't guarantee it.

The program obviously uses a hotkey hook, in order to run the bot. (I dunno what the bot is like, or how to use it), but it is clean. If it was infected, and 80% of those virus scanners found nothing, I'd be asking why the hell those AV scanners sell at all.

The most noticeable thing is the Exe is not packed. If someone was trying to infect you, they would pack the exe to throw off virus scanners and debuggers. This is a very open exe, you don't need to unpack it or anything.

And of course, it does not connect to the internet. If it logs keys, so what, it has no way of sending logs, the log would just sit empty on your machine.

I'm 90% sure this is clean and I only looked at it for 30 seconds. Have you noticed that the virus scanners that detected something are pretty unpopular ones. The real popular ones are more optimised to scan properly.

you really really sure? cause now i gonna google all tools and stuff setting up a emulation os etc and use one of the computers with a network sniffer
06/09/2006 16:41 TheCheese#14
is doesn't even work.
06/10/2006 00:37 ganoderma#15
if it doesnt work like it should work, it has more chance to be a keylogger...
