Dil Sites

What's up with the dil sites? They keep taking people's money for orders, only to always tell you:

"Our supplier is not online"
"Our delivery boy is not here, it is night time"
"We need 6hr"
"Can you come back tomorrow, please? We will have it ready for you"
"We will email you when it is ready"

This one site I've been waiting for 1bil for a month. And of course, paypal does not dispute virtual goods - you will lose that claim everytime.

Other than farming, where is everyone getting their dil?

where u buy ur dil ? i plan to buy some dil too couz my faking storage char got hacked lol.
btw anyone know what happen if u buy coins and make refund with paypal ?

btw when u want dil, all time ask support (have or no) before you pay.

ya i was on other dil site couz 1bil was only 26 euro there but i ask support and they told me they dont have any .. but i see so many bots lol.
i guess it time to fram baz rings again XD

I forgot to say in my original post that I do do that already; I go through their live chat and specifically asked them if they have the amount I want available and ready to deliver NOW. They then say they can deliver in 10-20 mins - order now.

So I buy it.

Then when I want it delivered, they say "oh our delivery boy is not on right now, can you come back later?" I come back later (maybe 2hrs or so), and they say "your order is not ready, we still need time to farm"

WTF? So what you are telling me is that you resold my dil to someone else in that time frame?

well i buy dill at okaygoods and they always told me to w8..w8 ...w8 and i ask silvers for my $ they give it verry fast so just ask silvers or item u will sell it fast :)

baz rings how you farm that? please tell me i need to know =)

Bump... I want more opinions. How lucrative is making a character to just fish all day?

well dil sites may take long time. The fastest I ever got dils from days were 2 days and the longest was a month for 1.5bil.

even if you ask them if they have in stock before you buy they will most likely say no, since their bots get banned often and they cant really make a lot of dil fast now a days so they always tell you to preorder. They never scam though. But yea if you ask for refund they will say wait for manager and stuff like that.

okaygoods, delivery after ~5-10minutes, but when I bought first time i did a license card scan. On second transaction goes faster ;p
