just forward port 15779(i think) in your router give your friend your ip he has to patch his media.pk2 with your ip and you're done.
btw i don't know which port sea emulator uses so find that port and forward it.

Just use the testosterone loader (in the main sea discussion/downlaod page) then you don't need to faff about patching it by hand all the time.
