It looks like you incorrectly entered your mySQL password in the configuration file and it also says that it can not load the DLL "libeay32.dll".
To fix both you go into the configuration file (most times this is called config.ini) and change the mySQL password to the correct one. Then you go into your conquer project source code and remove libeay32.dll and then add it again (if it is not there, just add it, it should be in your debug folder).
NEW INFO FOR OTHERS:
(libeay32.dll problem)
The problem was a compatibility problem and he had to make sure that he ran the program in x86 because of the way his computer runs inorder for this to have worked.
(mySQL problem)
You had to add right below Comm.ExecuteReader();
To fix both you go into the configuration file (most times this is called config.ini) and change the mySQL password to the correct one. Then you go into your conquer project source code and remove libeay32.dll and then add it again (if it is not there, just add it, it should be in your debug folder).
