The Notorious B.I.G. or 2Pac since they are both dead. Rap music was at its best when they were still alive. Now in the present rap music has went down hill.

well Eminem is the best better than pac and notorious some people dont confess it because he was white and he got a noble prize for hes song 8mile wich never a rapper got it and got nominted officially best rapper Ever by vibs in 2010.

it realy depends if you like Slim shady or Eminem, and by the way i like abit tech n9ne but hes not so original he have the background beat good but talkin about creativity?hes just a mix of Eminem and DMX
