[Huge Request] Statue

Hey everyone,
as most of you remember- my friend Vole is fighting in Iraq atm and I wanted to spawn is character in Twin City.

Well, since I have no idea how to do that and nobody else really did either, I was thinking about a statue instead. I have no idea how to make this either and I was wondering, how do you make a statue?

Cause nothing says "Thanks for risking your life in a war zone!" like a statue in a private server of an MMO -.-'
Anyways, I remember CoEmu doing something like this, not completely sure how it was done though.
