SOS question

Not bot or anything related Just plain old SOS post :P
Just wondering if it would be effective to put elixirs on the following item and how much its worth as is

Is there some sort of formula to go by when selling items or am I going to have to go around and find something similar to it to get the value of an item.

lowlvl seal of xxx-items are just attractive for player who starts a new char and need good armor/wpns. I don think that anyone wants to buy a seal of star item at his lvl if this is his first char, so hes almost poor and dont have much gold to pay that >_>
so u should keep the lowlvl sos items for ur other chars untill u find (at least) 5degree sos items.
