trainer for usa

is there a working trainer that dosnt need .net frame of any sort because i cant seem to download it

wow i just got 3.5 installed it failed all those times cuz it said i had to dissconnect from the internet which i just did and now its installed woo! now all i need is a working LC trainer in english
