Good Way to use a bot

Some people ask, why do you use a bot. I'm making this thread for explaining em how interesting it is.

First Tip :

Use a bot to level yourself, anywhere you'll level it'll be certainly better than Training Grounds and will make you pick up some money.

Second Tip:

Use a bot in MetZone, an entire day of MetZone will make many mets and perhaps even DBs, then use a noob Level 15- to get your mets out MetZone for safe.

Third Tip:

Your tired of seeing your own noobs dying while you PowerLevel em ? Then use a bot on the main character and control your noobs directly, with that you'll get faster plvl, wont miss any good items, and will be able to talk with the team by the way (just tell your the plvler friend ^^)

Fourth Tip:

Use a bot for hunting, come each 10 minutes for emptying the inventory, or make another macro that empty your inventory and Paint the items you just drop so that the bot dont take em again.

hmmm but if you talk about co partner the one that works well it doesnt heal and even if u set to pick all it doesnt :(

Cose this version isnt finished, by the way i'm not talking only about COPartner but about all the Bot that you could make and use (and share too ;)). And the actual working version of COPartner has to be finished too, in old version it was making all the things you just said. And the pick setting is actually not so bad (even if it needs to be completed).

Fifth: You dont have to wait 10 minutes to get out of metzone.

sixth: You dont have to mine in bot jail, and sell a sdg to a GM for 100k,

BOTing is all very well if you can play the game in the first place. I think you should spend some time LVLing and playing your main to improve your REAL game skills before ever trying a BOT or tool.

But BOTs are very handy thats for sure. And as most players use one BOT or another if you don't use one you are at a disadvantage.

I must say after the last TQ update the amount of whining no skill n00bs was really funny!! :D

I forgot to add my tip!
My number one BOT tip is........ Get some game skill. Then you never have to rely on a BOT to play the game and it will be less of a shock when you need to play fair. Use BOTs to make playing the game more fun not to take over the Game totally! :cool:

A bot still has to be used when you have skills dont begin to play with a bot its idiot.
By the way, people that cant play much can use a bot, considerate others level quite faster than them cause they are here quite more often than them.

LMAO!!! yes, and those people who actually invest thier time DESERVE to have better stuff/lvls/skills than those who are to lazy to do it themselves... what is the point of playing the game if you don't actually play it?

Bots are good, if you cain honestly tell youself you have earned it, like already making good gearz, being RB and have the skillz... but would like to have say a tro or an archer to do quests if your a tao (and man! it sucks being a tao if you want to do quests) very good tool to get yourself another characer of some kinda use, and not have to stop playing your main to do so.

And yes.. for god's sake, a PKer using a speed hack calling everyone a noob, should not have any reason to cry when he getz pwnd after the patch... you wanna do it? learn to do it right before you do it wrong (or at all XD)

regarding this.

If you would encounter an real metdove (5 met bird) you would get pwned really hard ( ~or by time).
Which could lead to dropping mets, UNLESS your an tao/archer, but as we know there are none good hunter bots for tao/archer as COP sucks for them.
So, I would say botting in MZ is something I wouldnt recommend.

A tip for long periods of afk bot-hunting

Use both cotobo (When it gets released again...) with CO Partner to hunt at a spawn, or just in a general area. Leave all options on cotobo turned off, except for reb/blue/black name disconnect. That way you can sleep easy knowing you wont get pk'd and drop all your items.

- I did that for about 3 weeks straight almost. It got to the point where 30m was to me like 100k is to other people "Ahh I can spend it. I can get it back no worries"

In two days, I spent about 100m on my BROTHERS taoist. And I've got loads more stuff for my water-fire when my mate finishes plvling her.

just go in lab overnight, repair stuff before, use copartner and go sleep =)
and like whirlwind say use cotobo if its come back again

Get a 115+ trojan, go mz put a ur bot on... Go school, sleep whatever..

In like 1 day, i find around the 60 mets ;) thats around the 10 mill each day!

Dont buy anything, wait till you have like 150kk+ and theres ur socket item ;)

You could also spam the mets for sockets... but it can fail ;(
