[Help]few questions

because i fail at opening a 5095 server and the 5165 always fails after i chang something in it i will stick up to 5017 and i got few questions .
-when i make a new acc how can i change the starting items (lvl 1 weap , h pots, 100 silvers ... )
-how to change the items you can win from lotto
- make tc a pk map

I don't get it, are you asking how to for a 5017, 5095, or 5165?

His asking for a 5017 server.
To make a pk tc map, just make a npc that teleports you in.
Change items is in Database.cs then look for Create character, then there is a long line with start character stats

Search for: After it ull see the values.. change them as u like
