Sjsro connection blocked

Alright it's me now here again.

I´ve just found out what the problem is with me trying to play sjsro.

As of now I transfered the same folder I use to play sro on my laptop (bad laptop laggy that's why I need on this pc) it works fine on laptop, just when I try to start on this desktop PC, it says sjsro old is under inspection, but at the same time its running fine on laptop.


So does anyone know here something that could possibly block sjsro from connecting correctly?

what I've tried so far:

Firewall disabled.
Anti-virus.

If you have inspection you must edit your host from: C:\Windows\sytsem32\drives\etc

the ip adress for sjsro old server is 174.139.5.122

174.139.13.2 - sjsro new
174.139.5.122 - sjsro old
