You will have to register at microsoft, wich there is a link for when opening Visual Studio.
Then just fill out the required informations, go to your mail, get the key and put in Visual Studio, when open it.
Then your product is downloaded.

if it wasn't free then there should be a purchasepage for it wich there isn't.
the only thing you have to do to get the key is egistrate at miscrosoft with the software.
You failed by getting a serial key for it.
Is like cracking a serial for MS Paint.
