Stat Points

Hey, all!!! I need help with my Int Stat Points. I created a new char ( str bower ) on ZSZC Private Server and went to kill some Weasel Lv. 5 since I were Lv 1. I killed one and I were leveled up to Lv 5, but my Int Lv were only 21... What should I do? And now I'm lv 11, but my Int Lv is only 27...

Is ok, u get bonus stat points to add, and not the regular one who adds up when you lvl up.
