[Release]Sea-emu (Nulled by jMerlin)

Alot of you people know Sea emulator. Alot of noobs have been posting their so called "private servers" created with sea emulator. Well it was a rip of sremu which was under the license of GPL. And pax decided to edit a copy for his own and sell it. Well pax this is what happens when you mess with the wrong people.

To run simply connect with International Silkroad Online Client (1.150) to ip 127.0.0.1 port 15779.

You guys know about that was last person who was making a real emulator for normal peoples (only 15e for emu)...I hope Jmerlin and windrius will make better emulator for us because i see sea forum its closed !!!!, and pax stop working on this emu!!! .....Last hope for private server for everyone its destroyed now ,i dont understand why all this noobs are so happy......

i get an error called run time error 1048 adress in use
how can i solve that problem?
