Hello elitepvpers! Its arco here! Anyone hear of the game Battle of Immortals? Think it looks exciting and fun? Well guess what, its going into open beta. PerfectWorld Entertainment's upcoming MMORPG's open beta phase was kicked off on May 5, 2010. For those of you preparing to play, you won't have to worry about your character being wiped. It was announced from this point on, there will be no wipes. Product manager Johnathon Belliss is hosting developer diary videos. These videos give you a look at some of the game's dungeons, a variety of missions, and the death penatlies. A level 20 dungeon know as Knight's jail, is a dungeon for beginners. Developer Johnathon Belliss states "you can complete it in 15-20 minutes as long as you have a group that isn't full of idiots." Something interesting about the dungeons is, depending on your group, the dungeon averages out the difficulty based on your group. For example, if you have a group filled with a mixture of high level players and low level players, the difficulty of the dungeon will even it out for all the players. Another feature that the developer mentions is Soul gear. at level 45 there is a set of soul gear for every class. Its very powerful and is considered rare. Sounds intense. There are also a many events to be held. Belliss says there are timed events, weekend events, daily events, and many many more. I don't know about you, but I'm ready to play.
