Winhex installation

ok i'm trying to get winhex started so i can start data editing and i was reading this guide about it

idk if its out of date or im just missing a step but i tried the third step and i keep getting a XSG error when i try to launch it idk why i get this and was hoping someone could shed some light on the subject

PS i also edit my launcher file to "launcher.exe 8.19.0" cause i tried to search for a solution before i resorted to starting a thread as you probably deduced it didn't work

dont know at all if i am right
but i think u need 1st to bypass dekaron(with the right nebulars xingbypass)
and then try use winhex
if bypass works well then u dont get that message
so watch your steps they might be not in right order(or u might not using corect bypass)
