What do you mean with packet editor?
A programm that makes it possible for you to edit/manipulate
the packets being sent from/to your S4 Client?
I don't know such a programm but you can try it with Google^^

If you mean sth. like resource tool, I think there's no possibility for you
to get such a programm because it's outdated because the encryption
code of the resources has been changed. You just can use it if you work
out the new encryption code and recode the resource tool.

Paket Editor ist was komplett anderes, das ist nichtmal ansatzweise damit vergleichbar.
Wie ich sehe konnte ich dich sogar beeinflussen:D.
