Question: Site change/ Make Autopatch

Hej guys, got somke questions for the wiseboys :)...

1st of all:

How do i change the website, if the server close(co2 official website)
If i close Co Client, it sends me to Official site TQ, i wonna change it afc ;)

somewhere in Stress.ini? in client?
(but what line?)

2nd:

How do i make my own patches..
If i make changes to server, i can just post a new patch on my site, to let people download it..(so they dont have to download my whole NEW client everytime)

Probably something like this:

Put the Files in winrar,
Name the maps(exact)
then put the files in u wonna change/add
then make it SFX?(in winrar?)
im not sure tho xd..
maybe some better idea's?

uhh maybe i forgot to mention i use 5165 source ;)...
And i mean:

make a patch, so if i add Client edits, i can just make a small patch, who auto upload it*(so people just have to put it inside Crankco folder, and then run it;))

Maybe you didn't check at all, it's the same every version.
