How do I add blues?

Hello, Could anyone tell me how do I add blues to my weapon or my gear?

Things you can add with blue -

Critical
STR
INT
Blocking Ratio


And more, I think.

He asked HOW can he add blues...not what blues u can add...

ok ..
firstly, you need to collect/buy tabs of the attribute you wanna add..so if you want to add STR, you collect STR tabs (of the same degree ofc..)
if you're done with that, you need to get the required amount of elements shown on the tab.
you do that by collecting and destryoing alchemy material which mobs drop or by destroying weapons of the needed degree.
if you have enough, you fuse your tabs and elements to a stone, by opening the alchemy window, draggin in the tab and afterwars the elements..

You can skip all this by just buying a stone from sb else..


--> put ur weap/gear in alchemy window, then the stone, press fuse and hope that it works^^
