C3 editing?

I've been custom editing all the stuff I could the .dds files and what not. Was curious and looked deeper found a c3 folder. The files are c3 format. I googled for an hour with no answer to a program that would help me edit these. Does anyone know what program or how to edit these files?

They are the 3d models for things ingame (armors, player models, monster meshes, weapons etc.

there IS a plugin somewhere for it but only a few people have it and they are really not sending it out (someone posted it on epvp for all of like a day and then removed it cause they didn't get enough thanks for it)

I THINK there is still one released to convert custom meshes to .c3 but that means you need to create fully from scratch and not edit existing ones.

Search around the forum, fairly sure you will find more information.
