Can Some1 Release The Elephant Mount Like PraDevil Release The Tiger and Fish Mount That Way I can Just Add It And Stop Screwing Stuff Up In My server But Can They Do THis by Useing THe Numbers Starting Were The Tiger And Fish Mount Left At?

then you will need to learn it by your self, no one will teach you about sql query to make new eudemon..because its same like a secret to protect the client..people will keep stealing other people client and make the client like he/she make it their own self!

That's not cq_action.
If you already have those numbers in use change them to something else. Everybody's server is going to be different you have to adapt any release to the requirements of your server.
