I need help. can u help me?

I posted a topic like tihs in gcph section but i think they closed it. and i didnt even see a reply. so my question is: why can't i create a room in the ellia continent. 2-star, 3-star, and champion mode.
once in 2 star or 3 star, it reverts to one star. once in champ mode, it says faied to create a new room. kindly please help?

The free dungeon pass for ph is for 1 star only.. compared to the other countries, its for all.
so it might be just a bug or something.. or they did it on purpose..

nope. i dont think its that. because, in my other account, i can enter all dungeons. i already tried starting it from 1 star but it still doesnt work. and my friend's acc too. i hope it isnt caused by using a hack.

then it has the probability that it's a bug.

oh.... so how can i fix this??

as far as i know, you can't fix this, bugs are fixed every maintenance..

oh... requesting for thread closure. hahaha...... in the previous week, all stars were unlocked. but after the patch, it was fixed!! he only has 1 star!!!! hahahaha!!!
