Before you post ur advertisement and says your server is the best, then be sure it is the best. How? You could check some of the things here and see if you have them. If you don't have them, then im pretty sure is not the best.
Ask ur self these questions:
1 <> Rare
Do i have something special that no others servers got and is it 100% my own idea?
2 <> Website
Is my website designed by me or is it just any leeched thing i have taken?
3 <> Server
Is this server my own work or is it a released source where I edited the things and then say is my own work or am I using a binary?
4 <> Features
Does my server got any features out of general features like GuildWar, GearUpgrade, PK Tournament, Reborns etc. Do i have some features that is different?
First of all if you have asked your sekf these questions, then see if the answer match to this below:
1 <>
It could be some new items, classes that you have self made. Also it could be new maps and mobs. And not something thats released or 135items, some rare items only you have.
2 <>
A website with a design thats made by you will probably be the best to have. Also if the layout is setup so is easy to find the different things. I don't see so many servers with guides on the website, I would like to see that, because it will show you care about the players you got.
3 <>
If is a binary, then you can't say you have the best server, because all binary servers are soooooo close to each other.
If is a released source and you have only edited some small things in it, then you can't really say you got the best server, the others that use it, do they got the best server also? not really.
If is a customized source you have and you have created almost everything in it, then it would be a rare server and you will be closer to have the best server.
4 <>
If you got other features then PK Tournaments, GuildWar etc. then you are on a good way to be a good server. What do I mean? I mean if you have special tournaments with a very rare function (Prefer to ACO with their tournaments). Or new skills for your classes or different ways to play the game. I would say that would be special features and would make ur server better.
