Which Character would you nerf?

Which is the most annoying/OP/d*ck s*cking/a** kicking character for you?
Please tell me which character you would nerf if you could! ;)

I think Twitch, with his ultimate, is rly OP, but my friend allways plays him with me, so i don't care. :D

Twitch is not op is a noob char. late game he sucks ass but jax is really op in every esl game all teams ban jax because he not balanced
