This is my tips:
For 1 Hit Hack,
The uses of 1 Hit Hack is for the following:
Level
Mission/s
Job Change
Acquiring Character
-----------------
If you want to level fast,follow all your mission/s if your 50++ you will only use PVP or Ignis Mt.
If you want to complete the mission,you can use 1 hit Hack
If you want to Change the Job faster this is the tips:
2nd Job:
go to Orc Temple to and finish the Orc Lord's Iron Medal 100% you can earn a fragment too
after finishng the Orc Lord's Iron Medal go to the Ruins Of The Silver Knight
you can obtain 8 fragments to 20 fragments per Dungeon Run
If you didn't wear 1Hit Hack, you can obtain 15below fragments
3rd Job-1st finish/complete the PVP mission over 50 and after that you can use the 1 hit hack in Gaikoz,Temple of Fire or some Character in Partusay Sea
4th Job-1st finish the PvP mission if you are tired of Completing The PvP mission this tips fits you:
1st:the Dual Client
Last:Router to Router
the dual client helps you to finish PvP faster..just only Press Alt+Tab and press READY/F9
also in Router to Router,you will only need a Router Modem Costs 1-2KPHP and Router wire and Grand Chase to the two PC's or Laptops just press ready to the other Laptop/PC and umm.. wait there's another needed the Dummy account just log-in the dummy account and the other one be sure that your room has a password..

How to be MRer/Monthly Ranker??
Yeah!!as i said you will choose 1 option it is Dual Client vs. Router to Router
just set a password in the room and make a dummy account..just pvp until you can get the Hellfire Accessories....
*you can get a DRer/Daily Ranker too..*
Last One..
Upgrading runes up to +9 and above...
if there's a Rainbow event you can do it..but now it's over but you can do it..w/o Rainbow Event..
1st Just click REINFORCE UNTIL YOUR RUNE IS +6 then click use support item and click the 15 or 10%
then uprade..dont mind if you fail..just repeat it repeatedly..

you can do the following
1.upgrade up to 6 or above..if you dont have a reinforcement booster just wear the rune and unwear/unequipped it then reinforce
2.just like necklaces and just go to other servers
Last.Just Log-out your account then go to servers then go to equip and reinforce the rune..
