1. what are the rates on both?
2. is one server less laggy than the other?
3. do arrow kb/s work?
4. do force debuffs work?
5. are the skills up to 100 or higher?
6. hows the lag in general?

I have a swsro1 acc which i want to trade for a swsro2 acc with change pw details, but i don't remember if it's empty, might be some lvl 1-5 chars on it lol.
