Help with share folder

Hello ive got question about share folder and if i can or cant

here the question if i got right server its share folder only

i got favorite server i cant say name here

if i get from my favorite server share folder and put into my server, it will work or no ?


and please dont flame and insult

atm i got working server with a7 working client i need just my favorite p server share to work

btw im not going to public or somthing just friends server

now server are working but i got problem with GM/DEV/DEKARON

when i put it on my char let say [GM]Nickname afther loading i getting game crash i serched for everything but can figure out why

it wont work ull have to edit some files

put your share folder to your dekaron folder and run dekaronserver.exe then look at the dbmon which erorrs it gives you, fix them and you are done.

u mean put share folder to my dekaron server ?or client ?

please dont name it here because of the advertising policy

easyest way is to use agent ransack (google it)
and search inside the share folder for any file contaning the IP u wish to change

replace it with the IP of your server in all files ransack finds

this for both the share in client, asswell as on the server.

after that all that needs configuring is the services themselves (all have their own config file)

Just don't be another jackass to run a server without properly changing everything to suit your own server's name which in this case will be quite some work ;)

omg its says u dont have last patch please update lol

version.ini needs to be the same on both server and client side

better yet entire /share/ needs to be the same both the client and inside the server folder
