Pacheon - Fire - Cold
Is this build good on SwSro 2 or not?

Yes. At high level you'll make a lot of DMG reset. But the build is good.

The Cold (Snow shield - Phy def buff) is giving you protection.
The Fire has the biggest DMG. The fire buffs are giving you Phy Attack increase.

I think your build sounds good, since your a bower you can also do PHY damage. Goodluck!
