is there an IP restriction in place?

The english file (for translationg) didnt work according to a friend of mine.

Gonna test it out today ^^

Can someone make a tut how to register ?
PS: never mind , and here is a lil tut by me ^^

1 page - click the only button there

2'nd page - first case is your forum log in name
- second case password
- third case confirm password

3'rd page - first one in-game name of the accont
- second case password
- third case confirm password

4'th page - first case " Enter your ICQ number only figures "
-second case " Enter your Skype-ID "

5'th page - first case enter your e-mail (an e-mail that works ,it will send an confirmation e-mail back)
- enter what it says in the image
- and finally mark all those boxes

You will receive an e-mail that needs to be confirmed and That is it you have successfully register

ps2: to download press the "Скачайте" and then that link

later edit : i think it has an ip restriction

anyone knows what are the things in it(new or old stat sytem what x exp reformed skills 2nd role etc)

Ive been kind of playing since it's release, as I've been busy working on my 2nd HHO project.
IP's don't seem to be restricted as I can access with my NZ IP and tested China, US, UK, AU and many other countries IP's via proxy without any restrictions on connecting to the server.
EXP seems it's at the same gain as 9DUS, if not slightly lower and from what little time I've spent on there, it's lag free.

hmm i gonna try russian 9d :D as im poland nationality i dont have probs with reading russian :D

I think that 9d ru now is turned off from login into game

They have not turned the login off. The server is having problems authenticating sometimes.

On another note i copyed the language file from us version and put it into the russian one. It didnt patch it so my game is now in english.

note2: I am going to be a hd so anyone who plays and goes black clan add me to friends, my ign: [SuperFly] .

well i gonna make hd char, hope soon we can play 9d ru :D well i dont need to make it english cuz i know a bit russian
The problem is saying with authenticating

I do not I login
Is not there a solution?
or what could be the problem?

go and read on their forum they said they closed server for fix some thing's to make game working properly also they also sorry for delay's
