Dekaron Register problem?

I finished step by step. and they all are correct.
But in the video, they didn't show us how to create an account?
+ In the video the "User No" is something like :8367823678689 alot of numbers.
In my file is 65 max/highest. I really didn't understand this part :s
If someone could explain what im doing wrong, or what my problem is?

At "User no" ,you can change the hp,atk,def,dil and others of the following user.

I tried to create a server too ,but my AV(NOD32) did me a problem + I don`t know hot to register too please do a thread.

I need to delete MSSQL and SP4 at full so i can try to do it again.

did you edit something in the register page?
cuz the register page makes your user_no with the time line

Didn't edit anything. Doesn't matter now.. i gave up the whole project. Started with Modding clients.
