Also I would like to know the creator of the game
Where I obtain the files stabler and few errors I think that they are not free How much goes out for me the files more secondhand?

well if what your asking is where do i get the server files from? Use ZeroSignals thread for EP3 or ProfNersowol's Thread for EP4. Both of these threads can be located in the "Important Topics About Shaiya" thread made by Polyproplyen.

The creator of the game is SonoV. But as far as i know there is no known way to get the latest server files from there (this would alert sonov to p-servers and perhaps get them shut down).

So just use one of the two guides i have mentioned and follow them with great care and you should be fine.

I believe Aeria is more concerned with Private Servers than SonoV is. They sold the licence to them and now collect the monies, so it's Aeria's business to earn what they paid >:)
