No. on the LEFT of RADAR

Just wanna ask whats the use of the number on the upper left of the radar??
I'm just curious on its purpose..
When its on "00" value, my upgrade seems to be 100% successful. When on higher value, it seems to fail more..just got something on my mind to maybe edit the value??? is it possible if its client sided??

its part of the urban legend in upgrading..
but if you really want to know what are those numbers.
its RF time AFAIK

i guess FF(factor face) is very important to upgrading be succesfully
maybe 80% chance up be succefully if you are upgrading weapon or armor when CW is start (battle start)
