im newby at guild wars but its going pretty boring to kill on one spot all the time i got little map only where to move can some1 tell me how can i get to new towns

go to ascalon(city)
there an... (shciesse wie schriebt man mission auf englsich x.X) "Dungeon" its in the city go to norteast side and press ctrl+alt
u will search an jellow name [the big XXX].
sorry i dont remember the name of it u will search people to make the "Dungeon" with them and after u stand on an new city or in a new "Dungeon"

Okay here's a tipp;

Never ever bother yourself with grinding monsters,
except if your're farming for money or items.
But for gaining xp its useless.

Second;
Quests does give often fine items and skills,
you dont need todo them but you will receive
benefits like free skills, either you have to buy them.

Third;
On the Ascalon backyard is a portal, walk thru
to get to your first mission, it will be a shield shape on the map. If you done them you will get to another mission which you can do, you also can walk by yourself to other cities but that supposes a high level due highlevel monsters blocking your ways.

As you can see, behinde Ascalon is a shield with two swords, walk to it and finish it.
The swords indicate what you've done, one sword says that you've done the mission target,
two means that you've sucessfully got the mission + bonus done, if you done both you will receive 2.000 EXP.

what he say is this:
go in ascalon city (erinnert mich an pokemon irgendwie xD) to the north/eastern gate. hold ctrl+alt while doing this. if you see "The great northern wall" or something like that in yellow signs you are on the right way. go trouhg the gate and you land at "the great norther wall", its an "cooporative mission" which you can do with other players (recommended) or with bots (henchsmans)

big big thanks for helping guys tomorow after school i try those things i hope i find new cool things ^^

edit:i was doing that quest what u guys told me to do. i killed one big green scorpion and one blue that guy with a hammer/axe and lots of other monsters...

i dont know what to do there next

lol?

well as it seems you are in the mission.

you are looking in the right direction.

run the way up on the map, press the U - key to open up a mini map so you dont loose the track.

to see your logs/journal press the L - key there are the mission targets in for the prime mission you are in.

P.S: it helps to join other young/newbie players who are running this mission too ... so you dont have to bother with bots which will never show you the way :)

You know... If you press L you can see the quests and an explaination. You gotta find all equipment pieces which is the bonus and give them to a ghost nearby, hold down strg left and alt left to find him.

Both are the same depending on your keyboard.
I also could say its not Strg or Ctrl, its the button with the windows sign on it.

sure but i think the op got a englisch layout keyboard, as he started the post in english.

so better to correct it before he is going to ask/say he cant find any "strg" key on his keyboard XD

STRG = CTRL
(Steuerung = Control)
