soc question

since ive never got a soc befor lol

when you get a soc item does it anounce it to everyone or just yourself cause in the other pic on here i saw a blah blah blah lucky enough to get a soc

it just happens, you look at it and find a socket, or somone ask u to buy the item. (somone does that u better check)
