how2 exit MZ without dying

can any1 tell me plz?

i know some1 can use stonecity scroll 2 exit MZ. so what the trick is that?

Just bring a character under level 15 to MZ to collect the mets, Characters under level 15 will not drop mets when they die to monsters.

For the lab trick, You bring a stone city scroll with you to lab, level and what not. Then when your dura gets low or you need pots, use the SC scroll, then you jump from Stone City to the map directly after the MZ map (nightdevil map) and close conquer while warping and bam, when you reopen conquer you will be back in lab.
