I spent like, an hour trying to register for my Korean account. I followed [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and installed it. In step 4 it says to install the manual patch, I went to do that and it said that it was already a higher version then the patch. So I made the Launcher.bat and launch and try to log in and it says "can't connect to log in server". Is this due to servers being down or my client being wrong? I'm downloading the Rappelz test server 090506 now to see if that will work... I just wanna play the KTS in English for a little so I can test out classes and stuff.
